IN LIGHT OF COVID-19: Crystal Chariot is able to ship all store orders within 2 weeks of purchase. Please email us directly at [email protected] with any questions on your order's shipping timeframe.

All print and weaving orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email from Crystal Chariot directly or via Pirate Ship after the order has shipped with your tracking information. Please note, sometimes this confirmation email is labeled as spam or if you utilize Gmail, it can land in your promotions folder. Please check your email folders before reaching out.

Prints, weavings, and merchandise ship separately from one another. So orders placed at the same time may arrive on different days. We combine shipping to keep your shipping costs to a minimum, but our merchandise ships from a separate location than the prints and weavings and will be packaged separately.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. We are unable to accommodate any customizations or special requests. No returns, exchanges or cancellations. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and support of this micro-business!

My Package Is Missing and/or Damaged. What Should I Do?

Crystal Chariot is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned or stolen packages. We do the best on our end to ensure your items arrive safely. Once USPS has your order it is out of our hands. Crystal Chariot is not liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or returned packages. You have your tracking #, and must follow up with your local post office if something is amiss. If you have NOT received your tracking information, please email us directly with the ORDER NUMBER so we can figure out what the issue is on our end. All USPS Priority Mail packages are insured by USPS for up to $100. If USPS misdelivers, misplaces, or damages your order, you are entitled to that compensation, but you must file a claim yourself as you are the recipient. If your order is returned to Crystal Chariot, we can reship your original order for an additional shipping fee to a new, secure address.
